Shipping & Delivery

LYRION ships to eligible destinations in the region using reliable courier partners. The store works on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis only. Customers do not pay online when placing an order.

How payment works

When the order is placed, the customer submits a confirmed purchase request. The order is then prepared for dispatch and the customer pays the courier when the package is delivered. This is the standard Cash on Delivery process used by LYRION.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are clearly shown before the customer finalizes the order. LYRION does not add hidden charges at the point of delivery. The applicable fee is configured in the store settings and is presented transparently during checkout.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary by destination and courier operations. We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly and will communicate any delays or courier updates as soon as they are available. Customers are encouraged to keep their phone available to receive delivery coordination details.

Delivery availability

Delivery may be affected by weather, local courier schedules, or circumstances outside our control. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the customer should coordinate with the courier to arrange a new delivery time.

Order changes and cancellations

If a customer needs to change or cancel an order, we will do our best to assist before the order is processed or dispatched. Once the package is in the courier network, it may no longer be possible to cancel or redirect the shipment without additional fees or courier restrictions.
