Terms of Service
By placing an order with LYRION, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all orders placed through the LYRION website and all related communication regarding your purchase.
1. Order confirmation
All orders are considered a confirmed purchase request once the customer submits the order form and LYRION confirms the order details. This confirmation is a request to process the purchase and arrange delivery. Payment is not taken online.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
LYRION accepts Cash on Delivery only. Customers are not required to pay online when placing an order. The customer pays the courier at the time of delivery, upon receipt of the package, in accordance with the delivery instructions provided to the customer.
3. Shipping and delivery
Shipping fees may apply to orders and are clearly displayed before an order is finalized. The final shipping amount is shown at checkout and may vary by destination and order details. Orders are processed in accordance with the selected delivery destination and courier arrangements available at the time of order confirmation.
4. Availability and fulfillment
LYRION strives to fulfill every confirmed order as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary based on destination, courier schedules, and circumstances outside our control. We will communicate any material delays as promptly as possible.
5. Cancellations and changes
Customers may request order cancellation or updates before the order is prepared or dispatched. Once an order has entered the shipping or fulfillment process, cancellation may no longer be possible. We will do our best to assist and communicate any restrictions.
6. Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, delivery details, and a valid delivery window. If a courier attempts delivery and no one is available, the customer may need to coordinate a new delivery arrangement with the courier or the shipping provider.
